What if I forget to add moments?

If you miss a month entirely, you can always add moments at a later date and still get prints. If you add moments to a past, missed month they will automatically print and ship in the next monthly cycle. If you’d like them sooner just email us! We’d love to help.

Can I skip a month?

You bet! Skip a month whenever you like, as often as you like. Simply navigate to the menu and tap on ‘skip a month’. Your account will automatically resume the following month.

When is the monthly deadline to add photos?

Midnight on the last day of each calendar month. We’ll send email and push reminders 3 days before the deadline if you haven’t finished your story. There is also a 3 day grace period after the midnight deadline for incomplete timeshel stories.

If your story is full (10/10 or 30/30) we print and ship it immediately after the month rolls over to get it to you as soon as we can. If your story is incomplete (7/10 or 22/30) we’ll wait until the the 3rd of the month to close your story and then send it to print so you have a chance to top it off.

Where is the ‘print’ button?

There isn’t one! timeshel prints photos and ships them automatically with each calendar month. Simply add moments to your timeshel story before midnight on the last day of the month and we’ll print and ship them as soon as the month rolls over.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account any time by emailing us at ​hello@timeshel.co​. Our customer service team is really responsive and will get you taken care of right away.

What size are the prints?

timeshel prints come in 2 standard sizes based on the most popular iPhone formats. A square (3.5” x 3.5”) and a rectangle (3.5” x 4.67”). The app will tell the difference between the two and print them accordingly. Border and non-border options are available for both.

When will my card get charged? Are payments secure through the app?

We process payment on the 1st of each month. If payment fails, we’ll send you an email and try again through the 4th of the month. Your payment info is stored securely in a leading payment processor and no timeshel employee has access to your sensitive details.

When will my prints arrive?

Prints typically arrive between the 7th - 10th each month depending where in the US you live. We’ll send you an email when your story ships, letting you know your prints are on their way.

Can I give timeshel as a gift?

Can I send my prints to someone else?

Absolutely! Send grandma & grandpa (or other loved ones) a copy of your timeshel story with the ‘gift your story’ option in the menu. After adding their details select whether or not you’d like to send a one time copy of your story or a recurring monthly set

Can I share a timeshel account across multiple devices?

Yep! Collaborating on shared stories is a great way to use timeshel. Log in to a single account from multiple devices to add moments and build your story together.
